Rockland Capital
Rockland Capital is an investment company focused on the acquisition, development and optimization of companies and projects in the North American energy sector. On March 7, 2012 Rockland Capital acquired the assets and certain agreements from Beacon Power Corporation and have placed them in a new private company named Beacon Power, LLC. The assets include the 20MW operating facility in Stephentown, NY. Rockland also intends to provide the necessary equity capital to develop a second 20 MW flywheel regulation plant in Pennsylvania.
